Yoga Snap & Snack / Joga in sendvič

Kar nekaj časa je od tega, odkar sem hodila na tečaj joge in sedaj, ko sem se spet zagrela zanjo, opažam, da se je ogromno spremenilo. Zdaj se je čisto razvejala - Hatha, kundalini, Bikram, ... Sploh ne vem, kaj izbrati in ali naj sploh izberem, ali naj kar vadim poze po svoje. Prejšnji dan mi je prijateljica govorila celo o povezavi uma s posamezno pozo in po pravici povedano me je samo še bolj zbegalo in prestrašilo. Mogoče bi morala na kakšen osvežitveni tečaj...
Tudi moje telo se je spremenilo. Čutim kosti :) in od neprestanega popravljanja telesa v določeno pozo sem samo slabe volje. Včeraj sem dejansko dvignila roke, ker me je preveč znerviralo in si rajši pripravila sendvič (ok, pol sendvič). 

It has been a long time, since I exercised yoga poses and a lot has changed. Now there are all sorts of yoga branches and it is confusing. Hatha, kundalini, bikram,... I don't know what to choose, and - am I supposed to choose? I don't know...
Also my body changed. I can feel the stiffness. Someone said to me the other day, that you have to connect to the pose you are working on, but I get so distracted from correcting my body all the time.
Yesterday I actually gave up and made a snack instead.
